Room with shinkansen view. Walking distance to train station and restaurants.
Staff not helpful. No bedding provided for sofa bed even though requested in advance.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a good variety of options. the staff was also friendly and helpful, making our stay much more pleasant. the hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to public transportation and restaurants.
It was difficult to find the hotel, as we had to go through multiple doors and take an elevator to reach our room. there was a strong cigarette smell in the room, indicating that smoking may be allowed in the rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Toyohashi. The staff were friendly and courteous, spoke English fluently, and were very helpful with any requests we had. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The room was a good size and very clean, with great air conditioning. We were impressed with the breakfast served on the 9th floor, which offered a panoramic view of the city, including the train station. we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all. This hotel in this city exceeded our expectations and provided us with a wonderful stay.

This conveniently located hotel offers comfortable rooms with top-notch amenities. Guests can enjoy a fantastic breakfast with a panoramic view of the surroundings. the hotel is also close to local shops, restaurants, and train stations. Not only are the rooms clean and quiet, but the friendly customer service makes it an exceptional experience.
Despite the excellent service, one aspect could be improved upon in the hotel.
